Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process (MPP administration, screening to completion of recruitment flow)
- Able to recap attendance and check employee discipline
- Making requests for the purchase of stationery and other work tools based on a need analysis
- Carry out operations and administration related to assets (adding assets, checking physical assets, etc.)
- Mastering GA work processes (setting drivers and vehicles to repair assets)
- Make a periodic stock report (such as monthly, especially for office supplies)
Requirements
- Minimum education D3 or S1
- Have work experience in the HR and GA fields for at least three years
- Understand and understand HR functions
- Knowing about work agreements and employee contracts and updating the validity period of the work contract
- Able to work both as a team and individually
